Villa Sa Caleta is a beautiful family house located at the end of the seafront of Lloret de Mar.
Nestled on a typical Mediterranean mountain, the fresh cent of white pine and other aromatic plants will accompany your stay.
The spectacular view of the sea makes you enjoy this unbeatable location as it is perfect to find calm and tranquility, but at the same time it is a few minutes from the services, leisure and entertainment area; This versatility makes it optimal for all guests, whether group of friends or large families with children.
ACCOMODATION
The house is located very close to the center of Lloret at first line of the sea.
The construction dates from 1948 and has been completely renovated in 2016.
Concerning the distribution of areas and spaces, the house comprises three floors:
The entrance hall where there is a small bathroom and covered parking for two cars;
The main floor consists of a living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen,
5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore, the upper floor has a nice double room with bathroom.
The main floor has two exits to the exterior: The back of the house to a garden with fruit trees and the front of the house to the three large and sunny terraces, one of which is covered and enabled as living room with sea views.
The pool is located on the large terrace with its area enabled for sunbathing. The pool area has natural stone stairs to access the mountain from where you can see the excellent views of our Mediterranean coast.
